In order to offer premium shipping service for your order, besides the usual United States Postal Services which offers different shipping methods, we have also signed a contract with FedEx and DHL Express, and they will make sure you not only receive your order on time but with safety in mind too. Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2-3 business days and 3-4 days for orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the USPS, FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship out within 5 days.
How to track your order:
We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at USPS webpage: www.usps.com or FedEx webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL webpage: www.dhl.com depending on which shipping method you choose. If you do not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping options & time:
Total delivery time = Handling time/producing time + Shipping time
We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or holidays.
1. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card or PayPal account, we may contact you to list the alternate address for your credit card or PayPal account or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card or PayPal account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.
3. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by your local customs for any international deliveries.
